Very spacious and loved the pool!

Andrew was very quick to respond to questions I had prior to our stay. The house was very comfortable and accommodated our family and pets perfectly. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture as well as the well-equipped kitchen. We found the location perfect for our needs. If we need a place to stay in Jax again we will definitely reach out to Andrew.

This home is beautiful and comfortable! The backyard feels like an oasis. We had so much fun in the pool! The 2 living rooms in this home are great for families. If the kids want their own space to watch a movie, the adults can socialize in the other living room. Everything was very clean. There was plenty of space and the home was equipped with everything you need for the stay. We walked to the beach several times during our stay and it was an easy walk. The outdoor shower was great coming back from the beach to rinse off. Thank you so much and we hope to come back and stay in this home again!

Comfortable stay. Will recommend to others.

This was a very nice place! Initially it was really hard to find, but we found it and actually like that it’s pushed back away from people.
Everything was great and we especially loved the amazingly deep tub that my 6’2 husband was able to enjoy!
The host was very responsive to any questions that we had and was super kind and helpful.

Beautiful place right on the river.

We enjoyed our stay here. The game room was a hit for the kids and the pool! AC was cold 🥶 in that Florida heat and worked great! Our family would stay here again!
