This was a great house for my family! Location was near everything we needed, hosts were prompt with communication, check in and out were both super easy. Clean house and awesome pool. No issues.

Andrew was exceptionally communicative throughout our stay- checking in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfect for multiple families. I could go on and on about the personal beach access! Will be booking again!!

The Serenity Seaside house was a beautiful as the pictures on line! The kitchen was well equipped. the bathrooms were very functional and attractive. The beds were all exceptionally comfortable. It was wonderful to have the gold sand beaches steps from our deck. The outdoor shower was also incredible. Wished we could have stayed longer! Hosts were very responsive to a couple of kinks (new remodeled home so small problems to be expected)!

So close to the beach, perfect for our little family! House was just like the pictures and we loved they had beach stuff available for use.

We were attending the AAU Track and Field National Championships at UNF, so the location was perfect. The home presents just as the description and is GREAT for a family. Door Dash and Instacart made deliveries easily to the address. There is everything you need in the way of supplies and equipment. We all loved the gameroom! The washer and dryer made our week in the heat at the track so much more bearable!
