I was somewhat disappointed due to the amount of small issues that could’ve been resolved before we stayed at the home.
Issue 1: A loud sewage odor throughout the stay that never was resolved. They did approve of a plugin which helped just a little.

Issue 2: Pool was not clean upon arrival but we were told the pool guy “comes early in the week” which he came Tuesday morning and attempted to clean the pool but it still wasn’t cleaned.
Issue 3: The guest who had a room upstairs refused to stay upstairs because termites literally walked the baseboard and ceiling which I took videos and pictures and even sent a picture to Andrew and Melody and was asked if we could spray, which we did. He did offer a refund for the can of spray but asking someone to sleep in infestation is a bit awkward and wrong. So, we felt a little crammed being down to 4bdr instead of the 5bdr we initially contracted the home for.
Overall, the stay could have been a lot better if the house had proper upkeep

This home is perfect for large family! Had plenty of room and loved the backyard pool area!

Great place to stay. Quiet area beautiful place!

It was nice. The pool was convenient to have. The beach was close enough to make a fun beach trip. The headboard in the master bedroom kept falling on top of those sleeping on it. But overall it was as expected.

House and location was great. Andrew N Melody were super responsive. I can tell they are nice people. Only thing I would suggest are bigger pots for cooking 😆.

We stayed at Andrew & Melody’s for the weekend. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. The home was very clean. The pool was a little dirty but I contacted Andrew & Melody and within seconds they got back to me and they resolved the issue immediately. The only complain we can was the beds. We believe the beds were a little weak, we thought any minute they were going to break. Saturday and Sunday we used the pool and grilled it was amazing. The home was very cozy and comfortable. We were 9 adults and 3 children, we were all comfortable. The communication was on point. I give 5 starts simple because the beds I believe that’s an issue it can easily be fixed. We often to go Jacksonville we will be returning. Thank you Andrew and Melody.

Andrew was beyond responsive to any questions or concerns. It truly felt like staying at a relative’s home with the level of hospitality/service. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen are updated and clean which are the most important things for me. There’s lots of places to shop and eat nearby and the hospitality there was awesome as well. The whole brood will definitely be back to stay again!
