This house was perfect for me and a few friends that were traveling to Jax. Andrew’s home is pretty spacious, and is exactly like how it is depicted in the photos. Andrew was also extremely helpful with an issue I had, and he reached out to help me solve it within 5 minutes. We couldn’t be more grateful, and I do recommend anyone who’s interested to stay here.

Great place in a great location!

The home was a perfect place to get away and spend time with family! We all enjoyed the pool and kitchen space. The house was immaculate when we arrived and easy check in process. Andrew and Melody were very communicative and friendly!

The host was very responsive. When we first checked in the sheets in the primary bedroom were not washed well so we needed to rewash the bedding. Overall a quite area but on the weekends it can be noisy. Would recommend for shorter stays.

Andrew’s place is situated in a beautiful setting, very peaceful and serene. It was perfect for our family visit to Jacksonville. The kitchen is large with a nice big breakfast bar. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The photos on the website give you a good idea of what the home looks like, inside and out. We especially appreciated the air conditioning since July in Jacksonville is hot and humid. The location is great with Publix right across the street and CVS & Walgreens around the corner. We will definitely try to stay there again on our next family trip to Jacksonville.
