Our families really enjoyed our stay at Andrew and Melody’s house. It was great for 6 adults and 4 kids. Very easy walk to the beach with bathrooms, outdoor shower, and excellent beach access. The house was set up very nicely for multiple families with kids. Everyone raved about how soft the sheets were and the nursery in the master bedroom was a nice touch!

The home is a bit older but overall our stay was wonderful. Host was very friendly and responsive! This home was perfect for a family of 10. Decor was exactly as shown.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The air bnb was very clean. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Andrew and Melody checked in on us to make sure everything was going well in their units. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to anyone staying in Jacksonville, FL.

Wow is all I can say about Andrew’a home in Jacksonville! The house blew everyone away and was even better than the photos. Plenty of space for our group, plus the private pool and pickleball court were a huge hit. We didn’t want to leave the house because there was so much to do. Andrew was also an awesome host and super responsive! We will definitely be back!

Andrew and Melody were great hostesses. Everything was explained and they stayed in touch during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. This beautiful home had it all….VERY clean, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, things needed for the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and more), and a great game room that was really enjoyed by the kids. It was exactly as shown and explained online.
