We had a wonderful time in Casa Azul. Andrew was a great host. The neighborhood is quiet and short walk to the beach on 11th street. The outdoor space is beautiful and has a lot of sitting options.
Beds are really comfortable which is difficult to find in a vacation home.
We would definitely consider booking this house again.
My only complain is the grill. It was impossible to use it. It was in very poor conditions.
The deep cleaning they do after the house is vacant could be better. We found food in the kitchen when we enter the house.

Very impressed with this spacious unit…it felt like it was brand new and was exceptionally clean. Had all the basic items you would need and the beds were really comfortable! We were looking for a specific location and there are few hotels in the area so we were very glad to have found this!

Overall, Andrew and Melody’s place is lovely. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The location is great with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Me, my parents, my brother, and his wife and 2 kids were all very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is great, with everything you need to cook. We actually made breakfast every morning before heading to the beach. There’s also a great beach tent in the garage that made the day even better.
We did have issues, and I was sad that our hosts weren’t helpful. There are lots of beach items in the garage, but 90% of them are damaged. The boogies boards are broken, the beach wagon was gone, and the bikes have flat tires (with no bike pump). When we contacted them about the beach wagon they simply apologized, but didn’t offer a solution. They didn’t respond at all when we sent them a picture of a pretty gross stain (bodily fluids) on one of the mattresses.
Overall, a mixed stay. We had a great time in Jacksonville Beach.

I stayed here for 2.5 weeks. The house was beautiful! My apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen. I loved the Victorian charm and the large front porch. I slept very well and thought it was pretty quiet at night. The only downside is that there is a homeless problem in the area. With that said, no one was by the house and no one bothered me. It was just something I wasn’t expecting. There is a cafe close by called Artisan Cafe (I think). I had the best service there and an amazing smoothy:) I would stay here again!

This Airbnb made a great place to stay for our girls trip! There were four of us and we had plenty of space. We spent most of our time on the beach and this place served its purpose for us by giving us a place to eat, hang out and sleep. It was just a short walk to the public beach access which was perfect and not far from lots of great restaurants. We did run into some issues with the air conditioning freezing and making the unit very warm. We communicated with Andrew and he sent someone out to fix it. Other than this, we had no issues. This was our first time in Jacksonville Beach and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place and would most definately stay here again!
