This place was amazing!! The hosts were responsive within a few minutes and helped with any issues that rose up. This place is definitely worth the trip and the price. It’s super close to the shopping district and restaurants and it was peaceful and private.

We stayed at the studio which is an efficiency, perfect for two. Easy access to carport/garage. Easy access to back yard with pool, koi pond, hanging bed, pergola , and bbq.

Casa Azul exceeded our expectations! It was bright and well decorated and more spacious than the pictures showed. We particularly loved the back patio and the pool!! The kitchen was stocked with all the necesities. The drive to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We would love to stay here again!

My family had a great stay at Andrew’s place. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the fishing pier and the beach was only 2 mins away. Additionally, the house had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed riding around on the bikes and playing pool. Wish we had stayed longer.

Adult children and I in town to visit friends for 85th birthday party; lovely condo, very well stocked, convenient to J’ville and to St. Augustine. Love the Nocatee area ~ would definitely come back and stay again.

Stayed here May-Jul. Great place immediately surrounded by nice blocks and neighbors. Wish we had known that you have to go through a bedroom to get to the laundry room/back door (huge inconvenience) or that one of the bedrooms has no closet. Bugs are surprisingly non-problematic given the old feel and build of the neighborhood and the house. The house is decorated well, was clean (besides some residual dog hair on furniture), and the owners were great about answering questions and accomodating needs. For the price, this is a fantastic option to stay in Jacksonville as it’s about 20-40 minutes from everywhere. Would absolutely stay again.

I would be stay here again. While I’m here I have to work remotely, and it was very peaceful. Got a lot done and would recommend it as it’s close to downtown! Very professional and friendly host.
