This house is perfect for a multi family gathering. Everyone has their own space and the common areas were big enough (especially the back yard) for everyone to enjoy without feeling cramped.
The kitchens were great in all of the homes, updated and modern. The bathrooms need some updating though.
Plenty of comfortable furniture and the common gathering spaces were very nice.
The backyard was amazing! You could not have more options than what was provided! Everything was covered and perfect for any occasion!
Beds were comfy, air conditioning was good in each residence. Plenty of space and rooms for everyone to have some privacy.
Great neighborhood, peaceful and quiet.
Overall, this is an amazing place for multi families and I would definitely recommend it!

We were In Nocatee for granddaughter’s graduation. The location was good for us because of the proximity to family. The apartment and site amenities were very nice. I would stay here again.

This was a great stay! Definitely bigger than the pictures show! We loved it, we hardly left! The backyard was such a vibe! We felt right at home and loved every minute of our trip! Would definitely stay here again.

Andrew&Melody has an amazing home! We really enjoyed the place, the space, the comfy beds, overall the entire home. My favorite was the master bedroom’s bathtub. The neighborhood is extremely quiet! Our overall experience was great outside of the issue with the pool for the first 2 days of our trip. We had a hiccup but was very appreciative of Andrew&Meoldy’s reaction time to getting things resolved. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself!

The house was beautiful, clean and felt cozy. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach with lots of restaurants to eat at that are near. The driveway is a little small, but I was able to message and they responded right back with the parking spots. I would definitely recommend this if you are staying in Jacksonville Beach!
