12 families members including my wife, and son stayed here for my son’s 11th birthday!! We had an amazing time and the house was absolutely beautiful!! It was perfect for our group size. The beds were comfy, and the house was as pictured. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!!

Great stay

Great location, very clean, and great hosts with fantastic communication

In town for a five night stay. Easy walk to the beach and the house came stocked with beach gear. Plenty of space for 6 and every amenity was provided. Kitchen well stocked – easy to make family dinners. Clearly the owners thought of everything you need – laundry and dishwasher detergent, shampoo and body wash in the showers, and plenty of TP and hand soap for the bathrooms. If you didn’t bring beach gear – no worries! There were beach chairs, wagons to lug your stuff, three beach bikes, boogie boards and even a surf board! We enjoyed ping pong on the patio and the screened in porch was absolutely lovely. And it was so hot outside during our stay and the AC and ceiling fans were heavenly. And the smart tv enabled us to use our streaming service so we didn’t miss any of the Olympic events we wanted to watch. I would stay here again without hesitation. Finally Andrew and Melody were super responsive and helpful when we had questions.

Absolutely perfect beach house. We had the beach to ourselves and had a luxurious home a few steps away. We will be back.
The only downside is that grocery shopping is 20 minutes away, but it was nice being where there were no crowds.

I throughly enjoyed my stay Andrew was great everything was nice and clean.

Lovely spot close to downtown Jacksonville. The unit itself is very comfortable, the decor is lovely, and we especially loved the outside patio (with cute patio lights )for eating meals.
The location is great for going downtown and exploring the surrounding area. We went to the beach often which was 25mins away, as well as the zoo which is only 15mins away. There’s also many close splash parks for kiddos as well.
They are very close to the famous Saturday Jacksonville market which is also fun to check out.
This place is lovely and we would highly recommend it. The hosts are also responsive and friendly.
