Booked Andrew’s place for a group of 10 girls and it was perfect! They had a pool tech come out the same day we got there to do more cleaning without us even having to ask. Also provided us with instructions on how to turn on the pool jets. They reached out multiple times a day just to see if we needed anything. If we are ever back in Jacksonville, will definitely book another one of his properties.
Alsooo, last minute I had to bring my two dogs and Andrew made it a breeze! I just had to update my reservations to include pets and that was it!

Beautiful home just needs a few updates. Pool maintenance needed turned green 2-3 day and was a bit dirty from first day. Screens missing excessive flies and ants in pool area. Probably because of the storms.
Only received 1 towels per bedroom and 4 total pool towels for a family of 8.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Andrew and Melody’s home. The jacuzzi was amazing and the house was located in a convenient place near downtown St. Augustine.

The house is beautiful! Clean and open space. Easy check in and Andrew is proactive in reaching out and making sure we had what we needed during our stay. Thank you for a great weekend!

Very cozy and lovely home! The beach is nearby and in a quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and well maintained. Would book again!
