We enjoyed this home very much, plenty of space and kiddos loved the pool and game room. House also stocked well (dishes, towels, start up items) so made us feel right at home. Thank u for letting us enjoy for the week!

The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants. The pool and outdoor seating areas were such a nice place to spend time with friends and family while relaxing in the sun and covered areas. All of the beds were comfortable , and everything was lean and updated. We really enjoyed everything about this property.

Me and my brother stayed here for a few days and we loved it!! The pool was so beautiful and fun, it felt like we were at a resort! Convenient location to Jacksonville or the beaches. The place itself was super cozy and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Incredible location surrounded by wildlife. Beautiful views and sunrises. A great space to relax, but also a short drive to restaurants and nightlife. Loved it.

Great spot in San Marco. Walked to the center with great restaurants, brewery & bars. Convenient location for dropping our son at college.

Great place and an amazing host

My family rented out Andrew and Melody’s home for the weekend and honestly my only regret is we didn’t stay longer!
This is the place to be, from the game room, to TWO living room spaces with tvs for the teens to kick back and watch, to the pool space that wasn’t too deep for the little kids, and the hot tub for the adults to enjoy- there was something in this house for everyone. Our hosts were so accommodating and it felt like they took care of every little detail before we even needed to ask. Our kids ages ranged from 15 to 2 years old, and I can honestly say no one felt left out in this space.
The beach is truly just a quick two/three min drive away, we stayed there the entire day one day during our trip and utilized the hosts amenities like beach towels and beach chair.
This place capitalizes on how Jacksonville is such a beautiful beach town to enjoy with your family! Will absolutely be back!
