Wonderful place!

If you are looking for a quiet getaway that’s close to everything, this is it! Close to shopping, dining and the beaches. If you can’t make it to the beach, there’s a pool in the back yard. Very clean, uncluttered open layout.

With 8 adults and a toddler, there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was great, and we enjoyed grilling. The house had most of what we needed for a long weekend, but it was disappointing that there were no wine glasses. The house is a bit dated, and it would have been nice if every bedroom had a smart TV. We were uneasy about the door connecting the main house to a separate rental, but thankfully, it didn’t cause any issues.

Overall the place was good. The beds were quite uncomfortable and there was no gas grill. I’d say the backyard needs to be maintained better. The place had enough space and the house itself was nice.

EXCELLENT STAY! One of the best Airbnbs We’ve ever stayed at! It was just such a cozy comfortable place we didn’t even go out to eat once while we were there that weekend. The place is so inviting it makes you want to stay in, cook, grill and just hang! There were family board games, mini golf, mini soccer table, whatever we needed was there. Our kids loved it, my husband and I enjoyed hanging out and grilling. We also enjoyed reading about the history of the house through the framed newspaper articles. The decor was just so perfectly put together. There was everything we could ever need, from spices to paper tissue to books on Jackonsville history and such. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Jacksonville!

My family really enjoyed it, the pool is a huge plus and was the main event of our girls trip. Would definitely come back.

The Waterfront Paradise property was amazing! We had 11 friends come into the Jacksonville area for 4 days and this house was perfect for us. We golfed during the day and enjoyed the amazing backyard in the afternoons. The pool was perfect for our crew and we ordered food each night and enjoyed the relaxing large house. The pics are identical to what we experienced and the overall lot of the property is huge for a large get together. All bathrooms, beds and kitchen area were very clean and worked well for a crew of 11. Don’t hesitate to book this property!
