The home was truly cheerful and bright. Exactly as described and pictured. Great natural light during the day. Despite being in an urban neighborhood, it was really quiet. There was an issue with the AC and the host quickly tried to find a remedy for us. It was still a bit uncomfortable during the really hot days but not unbearable. I would recommend this property and host to anyone looking to spend some time in Jax.

If you are looking for a quiet getaway that’s close to everything, this is it! Close to shopping, dining and the beaches. If you can’t make it to the beach, there’s a pool in the back yard. Very clean, uncluttered open layout.

The house was very nice and loved the common area. Wish it could have been closer to the beach and other activities but overall very nice. It will be even better when the master bath is completed.

The home was in a great location and peaceful neighborhood. Very hospitable. Only drawbacks were the internet not working and there was a dead mouse in the pool. We weren’t able to get in the pool during our stay or utilize all the smart tv’s due to no internet. The pool was the main feature i was looking forward to. Aside from that, the home was well put together, close to the Jax Beach area and easy to get to and from. Overall it was a nice place and my group enjoyed themselves. A couple of easy fixes would make this a 5 star experience in the future easy. I would stay here again.

We loved the house. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. We would stay there again.

This house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The design is great and it was clean. We enjoyed our stay and walking to the beach for coffee each morning.
