Andrew and Melody were super hosts. They were always responsive if we had any questions. The house was spotless and looked like the photos showed. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is great! We had six guests stay and still had plenty of room. The location was also good and close to many places we visited (sometimes walked) to in Jacksonville Beach.

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures portray! I had a combined bachelor/bachelorette party, and it was amazing. Perfect house for hosting a gathering of friends or family. Andrew was extremely easy to communicate with and sent arrival and departure instructions with plenty of time! All of my friends and I could not get over how wonderful our stay was and how we can’t wait to hopefully come back in the future!
