This Airbnb was the perfect spot for my birthday/bachelorette combo weekend! We loved the pickleball court and the pool and how much space there was! We had a group of 13 and could easily have accommodated more. The pictures truly do not do this place justice. Cannot wait to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was a huge bonus with comfortable outside seating. There was plenty of room for all of us and the home was comfortable and clean. Andrew was a very responsive host. We would stay here again.

We had a nice visit. The house is in a good neighborhood with access to amenities, the interstate and 15 minutes from Jacksonville Beach. Andrew addressed the questions that we had.

I would definitely stay here again we made this a family vacation with my mom that’s 80 and she was able to walk around and felt really good we love this place it’s clean everything you need is in this home bar area bbq pool beds are comfortable it’s great will highly recommend it and come back thanks again for making it a great stay for us 🙏

A nice hole In the wall - open space in a safe neighborhood. Would certainly book again. Just be weary that the front door sticks and the house is low on inventory from my time being there but it doesn’t deter my recommendation ☺️

We had a great visit. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and had room for the whole family. The kids loved the game room. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The house was very clean, the beds were quite comfortable, A/C & TV worked well. The pool and back yard are lovely, loved the hammock, didn't get to make use of fire pit unfortunately. Andrew & Melody had Keurigs, coffee maker, pots & pans, a blender & paper products to use in the kitchen. Soap, dishwasher & laundry pods were also available. We were very happy there, had a lot of fun, & will definitely be returning!*
