We stayed at Andrew’s place, which was 5 minutes from the venue of a wedding we were attending. A nice, quiet neighborhood that was easy to navigate. The house looks small from the outside, but is light, open and spacious on the inside. Everything was clean and they provided everything we needed for our stay.

My 16 year old daughter, her friend and I had a fantastic stay at this charming 1920s-style home in San Marco, Jacksonville! The house was full of character with its modern vintage decor, offering a fun and spacious atmosphere. The location was perfect—within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, Publix, and even several ice cream spots. It was also a short drive to downtown Jacksonville, the Town Center, and Jax and surrounding beaches, making it convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable stay!

Wonderful place definitely would stay again. The pool was well taken care of. I have no complaints or issues whatsoever. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

I got the place for my dad for his birthday, he was coming from Georgia. The upgrades were really nice. Porch with bar and foosball table was great for football games. He loved the pool and we used it a lot. Great location, very clean and host was proactive reaching out and super responsive.
