This was a great property with a great location! Answered all questions promptly and the house is just so nice! The couch is A+, which is hard to say for most rentals.

The house is decorated beautifully. Amenities listed were as listed. The beach was absolutely pristine. However getting from the upper level to the bottom level was only available in the elevator or the outside stairway. After losing power and with the wind and rain is was difficult for those staying on the lower levels. The layout of this house was very odd to us after renting many other houses on the beach. The window in the queen bedroom on the upper floor would not closed properly and because of Helene the rain was coming in the window. My advice is that you read the entire book furnished by the owner for instructions on TV, gate, etc.

Great place with a lovely view. Even though one of the nights had the hurricane come through, I slept like a baby.
