My fiancé and I were in Jacksonville to get married, we both rented Airbnb’s for each wedding party. Unfortunately her experience wasn’t as up to par as mine. Andrew & Melody made my experience very enjoyable, everyone who was in the groom’s party commented on how clean, organized and comfortable we felt during our stay! We would gladly stay here again when we return to Jacksonville in the near future!

Comfortable place to stay right next to the beach!

Start with the great. Andrew, our host, was awesome. The original house we booked experienced a tree branch fall to the roof so Andrew immediately sent 3 additional houses for me to choose from for the same price though they were higher in price. As soon as I picked out the new listing he verified it was good to go and we were in the house almost at the same time as scheduled for the original one. All things considered it was extremely smooth and easy with directions from Andrew spot on. We loved the house, pool and all the amenities with one exception: Hot tub needs work.
The bad: We booked this Air BnB to get my family out of the path of Hurricane Helene and we did but not quite far enough. We lost power at about 1 am in the morning and was without power for about 12 hours. Certainly not Andrews fault it just was what it was.
the Ugly: Part of the wooden fence around the yard blew down from the hurricane winds.
Overall, great job by Andrew, would certainly book again.

we stayed at the poolside studio for a wedding. Despite hurricane Helene our hosts were super reresponsive. Helene left the grounds in didisarray and our hosts had someone picking up the mess that very next day, even cleaning the pool! proproperty is as described and had a lot of fun relaxing for the few days. would definitely recommend.

We came here 1 day after Hurricane Helene hit. Even with debris and downed trees they insured the house was ready for our guests. Thank you so very much for being so responsive prior to our arrival and during our stay! HIGHLY recommend this home if you are in the area! Welll worth the money!
