Andrew and Melody are exceptional hosts who are always quick to respond and incredibly hospitable. Our stay at their property was delightful, and its central location made it convenient to experience all that Jacksonville has to offer. We are already looking forward to staying with them again in the future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their place to both friends and family.

I had a wonderful visit at the little yellow cottage. It was perfectly suited for my companion (🐶) and myself. Very safe. Great location. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Andrew was very responsive to our communications. The home was spacious and clean. Great location to the wedding venue. Andrew was cleaning the pool area as we arrived the Friday following Hurricane Helene. We greatly appreciated his quick attention. The outdoor space was enjoyed during our stay.
