The home was easy to locate and in a quiet and nice area. The 10pm quiet time was very much appreciated!! The home was comfortable and very clean! The home definitely met the expectations!! Would highly recommend!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our trip to Jacksonville for the game. Plus it was SPOTLESS! It’s in a central location and just minutes from the stadium. The area isn’t very walkable, but feels safe and is quiet.

We originally booked another location. But because of unforeseen circumstances due to the storm we were not able to stay there. Andrew was very open and communicated well when it came to this. He immediately booked us at his next available rental. The house was beautiful, well stocked with all of the essentials and the yard was HUGE! It is a bit secluded, but the very convenient walk to Publix (literally across the street) did not disappoint. Great host!!!!!!

A great place for larger groups. We really enjoyed the house and the property itself with the pool, dock, and pickleball courts.
While we did have issues with the well water system and hot tub, Andrew and his team worked with us to get them resolved.
Thanks for the stay – would come back or stay at another one of Andrew’s properties.

Absolutely amazing home! Only Minutes from downtown St. Augustine and all it has to offer. Very close to everything! 1.5 miles I believe to downtown I believe? In this Cute and quiet neighborhood sits this home that is just beautiful, and so well maintained, well stocked and had everything we needed and then some to enjoy our trip. We didn’t need the entire house so we closed off half and I’m telling you it’s huge, The layout, the furniture, the finishes, all top notch. No details were spared on the remodel of this home, they did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job. You can feel the love that was put into the home to take it to this level of beauty. The backyard is the perfect size for an Airbnb, the privacy is great, extra tall fenced in backyard creates the perfect place to sit outside for a while and listen to nature and feel like you’re far away from the world. ( but still right there). Can’t say enough wonderful things, check it out yourself! Highly recommend this home! 10 stars!

Great place to stay when visiting downtown Jacksonville. Super convenient to any part of town. Roomy apartment with three tv’s and plenty of space to hang out or relax.

Great place in Jax close to football stadium and downtown. San Marco is a great area!
