The Lasalle house is located within walking distance of the St. Johns and ample dining locations. The fenced in front and back yard made it super dog friendly and wonderful to sit outside and do work. Would definitely stay again.

Place was clean and in a wonderful area. Very walkable neighborhood and close to San Marco Square. You do hear trains throughout the day and night as this is close to train tracks. Overall, great stay.

Comfortable, spacious unit. I felt very safe and right at home. The location is ideal if you want a walkable area with easy access to the shops of Avondale, Five Points, and Park and King.

We had a nice visit. The house is in a good neighborhood with access to amenities, the interstate and 15 minutes from Jacksonville Beach. Andrew addressed the questions that we had.

Hawkins Cove Hideaway: Serene Waterfront Retreat

I would definitely stay here again we made this a family vacation with my mom that’s 80 and she was able to walk around and felt really good we love this place it’s clean everything you need is in this home bar area bbq pool beds are comfortable it’s great will highly recommend it and come back thanks again for making it a great stay for us 🙏

A nice hole In the wall - open space in a safe neighborhood. Would certainly book again. Just be weary that the front door sticks and the house is low on inventory from my time being there but it doesn’t deter my recommendation ☺️

The house was very clean, the beds were quite comfortable, A/C & TV worked well. The pool and back yard are lovely, loved the hammock, didn't get to make use of fire pit unfortunately. Andrew & Melody had Keurigs, coffee maker, pots & pans, a blender & paper products to use in the kitchen. Soap, dishwasher & laundry pods were also available. We were very happy there, had a lot of fun, & will definitely be returning!*
