We left St Pete for Hurricane Milton with our two dogs and our newborn baby and stayed at this super cute and cozy bungalow. They allow dogs which is such an important thing for us since they are our family too. It felt like home and made us feel so much better during a stressful time. The neighborhood is very cute and there’s a beautiful park down the street. Great restaurants nearby and close to downtown. We have friends at the beach and it’s not a far drive to get there either. Andrew and Melody were very responsive and were gracious with us when we needed to keep extending our stay. Definitely recommend!

I stayed for five days with my family in the main house, my grandmother walked around everyday pointing out different things she loved and snapping photos with her camera. We had more than enough room for four adults, two dogs, and two cats, we were able to spend a lot of time as a family indoors and out. I enjoyed the MANY amenities they had, from the hot tub, sitting by the koi fish pond, or chatting with the other visiting guests by the bar. If I ever need a place to stay in Jacksonville I will be back and prepared to go in the sauna ans try out the pizza oven.

All the comforts of home while you’re away from home! My wife and I evacuated from hurricane Milton with our two 80+ yr old mothers. This place was perfect for us….3BR…2Bath…Great kitchen….screened in porch…comfortable living area with TV!! Everyone had their own space to relax under what were somewhat stressful circumstances. Thanks so much to Andrew and Melody for taking care of us and being very attentive to any questions or needs we had while in the Jax area. Two Thumbs Up!!!
