I had to evacuate Tampa due to the Milton hurricane, Andrew allowed me to extend my stay twice with an easy smooth process. The unit was as described, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and with a homey feeling to it! All the basic necessities were provided in the unit. If I’m ever in Jacksonville again, this unit will be my first pick for a place to stay! 😊👍🏼

Worth the stay! Location is great for getting around the rest of Jacksonville and is tucked away enough. A lot of homeless down the road so be careful but we never felt threatened or unsafe.

Super quaint home. Very cozy and nearby plenty of places to accommodate various needs. Easy to get to, and tucked away on scenic lot in a picturesque little neighborhood. We would stay here again if we found ourselves in the area.
The beds were comfy and the internet was very fast. Kitchen was properly stocked with just about everything we needed.
Across the street is a place called liquidation warehouse, if you need anything check there first! Super cheap discount place (similar to Big Lots).
Host was quick to respond to our needs and questions. Thank you!

The house was great for our family. Plenty of lounge space in the evening, pool table and table tennis were all big hits! The pool was very private with an exterior bathroom and plenty of seating around the pool.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s place! We’ll definitely return another time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew’s house. All the rooms were furnished well, and everything was clean. The house is located in a nice community that has a lot of nearby walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and activities. The neighborhood was also quiet at nice which was a perk!

Overall enjoyed our stay. Great location with beach access. Plenty of room and loved the layout of the house, giving privacy to all guests that were staying.

The house was as described. Loads of space and generally clean. We stayed in Jacksonville as we wanted to re-vist St Augustine and it’s a lot closer than Orlando where we have previously stayed. Having done it now, we will probably not come back again, but if we did for any reason, we would stay in the house again.
