Very peaceful & quiet area I was surprised how quiet it was even being accross from a school and main road. The apartment was cozy & comfortable and had all the amenties. We had a little issue with wifi on day 1 but by the next day it was completely resolved. There’s a great breakfast resturant accross the street which we visited many times during our 30 day stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to someone visiting Jacksonville.

Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Andrew and their property highly enough. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Wholeheartedly, thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Nice location! Beautiful beach

The house was great, just as shown in the photos. The hosts were always responsive.

Perfect for large families, peaceful neighborhood, and comfy common spaces! Andrew was very responsive and check in was super easy. We would love to stay here next time we’re in town!

The bed was comfortable, we liked the patio and pool area, clean. My only complaint is the lighting in the room was very poor. Had to open all the blinds during the day to see.

This was a beautiful home and breathtaking view.
