excellent location. 2 min walk to beach. well stocked kitchen. so comfortable and nicely decorated. there is an elevator, perfect for those unable to take the stairs. bikes were so fun. I will definately come back. Andrew and Meolody were excellent hosts.

This home was relatively comfortable for a week+ trip with the family, including two little ones. There were some hiccups with getting the right code for entrance and obtaining some essential amenities, but the host was helpful in these circumstances. The location offers walking distance to stores and food which was great. There’s a school right next store so you get the morning bell sounds from that, but we didn’t find it too disruptive.

The home was absolutely beautiful, and the best part of the property was the kitchen and living areas on the top floor. The deck on the back overlooking the ocean was beautiful and large enough to visit with family and friends. The front of the home also had an amazing view of the intercoastal. The views from inside would have been a little better if the windows had not been salty and sandy. The owners responded quickly to any request and we would definitely stay in this beautiful home again!

My family and I enjoyed our Bungalow stay. I felt it was worth the price for the stay and was exactly as expected. I loved the details of the amenities in this cozy bungalow. The whole family loved the putting green, the endless board games, and the hot-tub. I appreciated the spices and available cookware in the kitchen so we could make meals as well as the great recommendations both through Andrew within the Air BnB app and within the home.
An extra note of appreciation from the hosts for proactive communicating a minor maintenance issue with a plan for resolution prior to our check-in. The overall stay was very comfortable and easy! Will most definitely be staying with this host again in the future.

Andrew was a great host there was a small incident and he hopped right on it I greatly appreciate that and I appreciate him allowing us to stay in his home.

Andrew’s house is beyond amazing! The photos don’t do it justice! We were in town for my sister’s 40th birthday and the Green Bay Packers football game with 13 women. The house is spacious and completely met all of our needs. The kitchen is awesome and the deck/pool is great! My sister and I stayed in the apartment and it was nice to have a separate space when you needed a break from all the fun in the main house 😊. The apartment is as equally impressive as the rest of the house. Plenty of parking, we had four cars. Andrew was very responsive whenever I had question or needed assistance. If you are traveling to Jacksonville with a large group this is the house for you. It’s worth every penny! We are already planning our next trip back next year! Thanks for everything you were an amazing host!

We had such a great long weekend at this home! 2 things that stuck out to us were: The location of this home is perfect, you’re walking distance to many popular restaurants/bars. There’s an arcade a block away, pub that has karaoke at night, and a great brewery/taco restaurant. You can also easily walk across lions bridge to St. Augustine (15-20 min walk). It’s 4-5 minutes from the lighthouse, 5 min from the amphitheater, and 8-10 minutes from the beach. We loved how convenient it was. The second is the house itself, the decor was so cute, clean & comfortable. The beds were memory foam, bedding was soft & had layers for hot sleepers. The rooms had blackout curtains. The showers were rainfall. All felt very luxury. The kids room was huge with a fun jungle gym wall, even the tweens/teens loved it. There are two outdoor spaces to enjoy coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The hosts were so responsive & checked in frequently to ensure everything was good. Great stay!
