I am really annoyed w/how few characters Airbnb allows for reviews. I wanted to go into detail but here are the highlights… *EASY KEY-LESS ENTRY w/code sent by email *Musty smell in the air that cleared after a bit of coming&going. *THE BATHROOMS WERE BOTH VERY CLEAN *saw a few roaches in kitchen only, it is FL, reported to host w/pictures on night 2 & they assured us they would “have pest control take care of it.” *BEDS/pillows/towels VERY COMFORTABLE. *Dad noted no hand rails in baths, (if that’s an issue for you). *CLEAN FLOORS, watch the step down from the kitchen to the dining room, flooring is all the same giving optical illusion of flat transition. we taped a pink bag to floor as a reminder after Dad stumbled 3x. *LOCATION IS PERFECT! Park car, walk to beach, groceries, restaurants. *If you want to go into St. Augustine, it’s only 5min by car. *This really is a great property with tons of amenities (pool table, fire pit) & parking. *Fair price! Give them a chance, you’ll enjoy!

My family had a great stay at Andrew’s place. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the fishing pier and the beach was only 2 mins away. Additionally, the house had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed riding around on the bikes and playing pool. Wish we had stayed longer.

We absolutely loved the stay! The house was clean, plenty of towels and extra linens, and a fully stocked kitchen for any of your cooking needs. Andrew was a wonderful, responsive host when we had any questions. And the best part, it’s a very short walk (0.3 miles) to the beach, which was beautiful might I add. We were so sad to leave but will definitely be keeping this listing close by to stay again in the future!

Andrew was very good about sending the extra items that were not furnished like sheets for the pullout and extra towels. The only major complaint is the flooring. The flooring was separated in places and ended up with a few cuts on bare feet.

We loved our stay here! The house was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and plenty of space: only thing it needs is a fan or two in the living room space where the pull out couch is as it gets hot like the garage during summer.

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and clean. Location is great, on a quiet street that's an easy walk to the beach or Publix. Andrew was super friendly and responsive. My teens especially enjoyed the pool table and darts!

The area was beautiful and a relaxing quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the Vilano Pier with restaurants, boat, and wave runner rentals. The beach was close by, which was nice to either drive, walk, or even ride a bike that was provided.
The house was roomy enough for 6 adults with no problem, and the game room was an added bonus for down time from sight seeing and outdoor fun.
Andrew was a great host. He was in contact via email to ensure our needs were met and to resolve any problems that could arise.
Our stay was pleasant and relaxing with just the right amount of fun and excitement. We will book again in the future, I’m sure.

Andrew’s place was in a perfect location! A 2 minute walk to Vilano beach and it came with all the beach amenities! We really enjoyed the pool table and fire pit during our stay. The house was very clean and easily accessible. It was about a 10 minute drive to the town square which had some great restaurants and activities!

Andrew's place was far beyond my expectations from the lay out of the home, the amenities and the accommodations. The beds and pillows were so very comfortable. felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. My family & I really enjoyed our stay. also the neighbor across the street was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place. felt like a home away from home.

A great spot!
This rental is perfect for families. The two living rooms and the garage allowed for entertainment for all and the location is perfect. An easy walk to pier, beach, restaurants and pickleball courts kept all ages happy. The two bikes provided were also a great way to get around town. The grocery store right there is so convenient and we had an absolute amazing week!

This is a great place, central to the beach and tourist locations. The house is nice and spacious. There is a game room, beach supplies, as well as a great fire pit area.

My family (three generations) and our dogs had a very enjoyable stay at Neon Wave for several nights during our family vacation. The house was very nice, clean, spacious, and well furnished. The two separate living/sitting areas (separated by the kitchen) worked out great for our multiple families. The washer/dryer was a big help after trips to the beach.
The location was great - very private and safe with easy walks to the pier, beaches, restaurants (really great pizza nearby) and shops. We also liked the location for the ease of a quick drive to the things to do in St. Augustine and surrounding areas without having to stay right in the middle of the touristy parts of town.

Neon Wave was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday vacation! 3 great comfy king beds in spacious bedrooms with tvs, 2 comfortable living rooms, large dining and game table, outdoor fire pit, game room and walkable neighborhood with friendly people, good restaurants and a huge concrete pier at the marina with restaurants and shopping! Loved our stay because we made use of everything they provided plus visited historic StAug and enjoyed the Nights of Lights! We hope to be back in the summer!

Really enjoyed our stay! This is a great location if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay a short drive from St. Augustine. A few nice restaurants very close by that we enjoyed and a Publix within walking distance as well. We loved Vilano 4x4 beach (if you have a 4 wheel drive car/truck) which is 2 blocks from the house! Comfortable beds, clean, and great for groups. Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our family. Close to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.
No Stress Express
Such a great location. 5 minutes away from the sailing school we were visiting. 5 minute walk to Publix. No stress with two dogs. Also about a 5 minute walk to the beach to run the dogs. It was the perfect spot for what we needed and a nice break from life on the road in the van.
